All returns must be authorized by us and require a return authorization number.
Call our Customer Care number listed for a return authorization number. Returns
must be postmarked within 30 days of date the product was shipped to you; otherwise
the return will not be eligible for credit. Items must be returned in their
original condition, including all tags, packaging and accessories (when applicable).
A restocking fee may apply and shipping charges will not be refunded unless
the merchandise is defective or it was shipped incorrectly. Custom orders may
not be returned unless the merchandise is defective or we made an error when
making the custom order product. The return authorization number must be included
in all correspondence and returns. We are not responsible for misuse, customer
installation, freight damage or improper storage.
Shipping Charges
Calculate shipping charges as follows:
A. Add 15% ($15 minimum waived online) S&H to all items that ship UPS Ground
(These items do not include a Truck symbol by the price.)
B. Add 17%* ($75 minimum waived online) S&H to all items with the Truck
symbol. (These items are required to ship by truck.)
*Inside or residential delivery and lift gate service require additional charges.
Please let your Customer Care Representative know if you require these services,
at the time of order. Call for information.
Call or fax for shipping and handling quotes if you are located outside the
contiguous 48 states. If you are tax exempt and have not ordered from us before,
please be sure to include your tax exempt certificate. We gladly ship to foreign
destinations. However, quoted shipping rates will not include duties, taxes,
or tariffs. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient

Products shown with the 2 day zip ship symbol are guaranteed to ship within
2 business days upon verification of order and credit release. If the order
does not ship within the guaranteed time period, we will pay the shipping charge.
Actual arrival time at your location depends on the method of shipment and distance
from our warehouse. Standard freight rules apply.
Freight Damage and Shipment Shortages
Freight terms are FOB destination. We will gladly assist you with your freight
claim. If a shipment is short or damaged, the shortage or damage must be noted
on the freight delivery document. Please notify us immediately if you need assistance
with your claim.
Inspect All Merchandise at Time of Delivery
All shipments must be inspected and checked against our packing list for shortages
and damaged merchandise at time of delivery. Note any damages or shortages on
the bill of lading or delivery receipt BEFORE signing it. SSG is not responsible
for damage or loss in transit. We will however, assist you in filing a claim if
all of the correct procedures have been carried out. Call our customer service
department within 10 days of receipt of merchandise to notify us of any damages
or shortages.
